账户要求： • 提供准确和完整的注册信息 • 维护账户凭据的安全性 • 及时更新账户信息的任何变更 • 接受对您账户下所有活动的责任 可接受的使用： • 遵守所有适用法律使用服务 • 仅上传您拥有合法使用权的内容 • 尊重他人的知识产权 • 避免将平台用于非法或有害内容

AI使用： • AI系统专门用于媒体处理和增强 • 为用户请求进行自动化视频编辑和转换 • 不使用客户数据来训练或改进AI模型 数据处理： • 为服务交付进行自动化媒体分析和处理 • 基于算法的内容转换 • 为用户输出进行质量增强和优化
• 因违反条款而终止的权利 • 因滥用或非法内容而暂停账户 • 终止时或作为6个月清除周期的一部分立即删除数据 • 用户可以终止服务并请求立即删除数据
服务及其内容按"现状"和"可用"基础提供，不提供任何形式的保证。我们否认所有保证，包括但不限于标题、适销性、不侵犯第三方权利和特定用途适用性的保证。 在任何情况下，我们、我们的关联公司或其许可方、服务提供商、员工、代理、官员或董事均不对因您使用平台而产生或与之相关的任何类型的损害承担责任，无论在任何法律理论下。
适用法律： • 本条款应受新加坡法律管辖并据此解释，不考虑其法律冲突条款。 管辖权： • 任何争议应受新加坡法院的专属管辖。
我们保留随时修改这些条款的权利。变更在平台上发布后立即生效。继续使用平台即表示接受修改后的条款。

These terms apply whenever you use a tool to detect, add, remove, or alter a visible watermark, logo, hidden metadata, copyright-management information, Content Credential, C2PA manifest, authenticity label, AI-origin signal, or other provenance information. They form part of these Terms in every language version.
You represent and warrant that you own the content or have all permissions, licenses, consents, and authority required to process it and distribute the result. You must not use the Platform to conceal infringement; remove protected rights-management information without authority; evade a legal, platform, contractual, advertising, election, or AI-transparency disclosure; misrepresent synthetic or manipulated content as authentic; impersonate a person; facilitate fraud; create deceptive deepfakes; tamper with evidence; or defeat safety, moderation, authenticity, or trust systems.
You must preserve an unmodified original and any provenance records required for audits, disputes, or legal obligations, and add or retain any disclosure required for synthetic or materially manipulated content. Removing a mark or manifest does not transfer copyright, grant a license, prove ownership, make content non-infringing, or eliminate disclosure duties. Results may be incomplete, may alter content, and may irreversibly remove metadata. We do not verify your authority, decide whether metadata is legally protected, certify authenticity or compliance, or provide legal advice.
We may reject processing, remove content, preserve information when legally required, or suspend or terminate access where we reasonably suspect infringement, fraud, deceptive provenance removal, safety abuse, or unlawful activity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AISOLO Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, lack of rights or consent, use or misuse of these tools, outputs you create or distribute, violation of law or these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.
